Thank you for purchasing with Crafts Women India. We hope you are happy and satisfied with your purchase and if not, you may return it to us or replace it with a new product. To understand clearly, please see below for more information on our return and replacement policy.
Return and Replacement Policy
Before you exchange or return a product, please take a moment to understand how our products are being made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons, resulting in unique products that are slightly different from each other.
All the products shown on the website can be returned or replaced within a fixed period and under certain circumstances. Please read and understand the following points clearly to avoid any future disagreement.
The return or replacement policy is applicable only under the following circumstances -
- If the description of the product delivered does not match with the description of the product shown on the website
- If the product received has a quality or manufacturing defect
If your purchase meets our return criteria as stated above, then please email us at support@craftswomenindia.in within 24 hours of delivery with the below mentioned
Order Number and please specify the reason for the return (In case of a defective product or wrong delivery, please attach images of the item)
For Hassle free return experience please make an unboxing video of the product.
Note – All returns must be postmarked within 24 hours of delivery and all returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
After receiving your request for return or replacement, we will process your return/replacement within 7 business days and arrange a pick up at your location. We will notify you by email when your request has been processed. Also, note that you will have to bear the return shipping charges, which may vary depending on your location.
Refund Policy –
If we are unable to provide you with the replacement of your order in considerable circumstances, we will initiate the refund in your bank account.
Note – After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund.
Under both conditions, we will notify you via mail and thereafter process your refund. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your payment mode.
Shipping Policy
Our orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of the order, and after the product is dispatch it will be delivered within 3-5 days.
For a change of delivery address requests, you can change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel the order at any time before the order has been accepted. If an order has already been accepted and you want to cancel it, please refer to our refund policy.
